I love the product
I hate the interface.

Is it possible to:
1) define  the size and location of the menu bar? It starts up all the way
across the top of the screen...
2) Define the size and location of the notebook window?
3) define the locations of palettes that open at startup?

Are there any add-on options for an interface?
