Yes, it is possible to do what you want. The information in The Mathematic Book can be found in the directory ToFileName[{$TopDirectory,"Documentation","English","MainBook"}]. Since each of the files there are Mathematica notebooks it is possible to use the commands for manipulating notebooks and files in general to do what you want.

But do you *really* want to do this?

The Mathematica Book (4th Edition) is 1470 pages long. That is far more pages than the feeder for a typical printer holds. Also, it will take considerable time to print this many pages. The ability to have your computer automatically send this much data to the printer really won't save you much time and effort.

For me, the cost of buying The Mathematica Book from say amazon.com isn't nearly high enough to make trying to print the book from a printer worth my time and effort. Particularly, it the cost of the printer paper and ink are also factored in.
