I don't know why you'd use Names on such a creature, but you can 
convert to Mathematica date format with the following formula:

ToDate[(38132 + 2)*(60*60*24)]

{2004,5,29,0,0,0.}

A little bit of post-processing with ToString and you should be able to 
create whatever string you like from that.
