Try this to build a list of points with prepended the color directive:

    coloredPoints = Transpose[{atable, colortable}]
            /. { p_List, col_ } -> { RGBColor[col, 0, 0], Point[p] }

And then use Graphics3D directly to show them all:

    Show[Graphics3D[coloredPoints], Axes -> True]

(you can add other directive such as size, and let it depend upon the
coordinates of each point).
