Hi Sebastian,

You can modify the Default (or other) style sheet to accomplish this.

1. Select Edit Style Sheet from the Format menu.
2. Choose Edit Shared Style Sheet in the dialog box.
3. Expand the Notebook Options section.
4. Select the Prototype for style:"Notebook" cell.
5. Choose Show Expression from the Format menu.
6. Add the option ShowCellLabel->False to those at the end of the Cell 
expression.
7. Save and close.
