OK,

I figured out how to find these roots graphically. We want the
solutions of Gamma[x+ I y]=a+Ib.
A=Plot3D[Re[Gamma[x+I y]]-a,{x,..},{y,..},
PlotRange->{0,10^-10},ClipFill->None,ViewPoint->{0,0,10^5}]
B=Plot3D[Im[Gamma[x+Iy]]-b,{x,..},{y,..},
PlotRange->{0,10^-10},ClipFill->None,ViewPoint->{0,0,10^5}]
Show[A,B]

The intersections where y is not =0 are solutions.
