Hi,

something like:
Needs["Graphics`Shapes`"]

lst = Table[
TranslateShape[Sphere[],
4*({Random[], Random[], Random[]} - {1/2, 1/2, 1/2})],
{16}];



Show[Graphics3D[
{SurfaceColor[Hue[Random[]]], #} & /@ lst
]]
