Hi,

no ScatterPlot3D[] but:


data1 = Table[Random[], {10}, {3}];
data2 = Table[Random[], {16}, {3}];

Show[Graphics3D[{
      Text["\[HappySmiley]", #, TextStyle -> {FontSize -> 18}] & /@
data1,
      Text["\[GraySquare]", #] & /@ data2
      }
    ]
  ]
