You might use Format | Option Inspector | Notebook Options | Display Options
| Magnification and change the default value of 1 to 1.25 or larger. I guess
that if you have problems with font size for input, then the same is true
for output. The use of Magnification will allow you to have a clearer view
of your notebooks.
