Dear MathGroup, The electric constant is 1/(c^2*magnetic constant). The speed of light is exact. The magnetic constant is exact. Thus, the electric constant is exact. In Miscellaneous`PhysicalConstants`, VacuumPermittivity is not exact. It should be exactly equal to 1/(SpeedOfLight^2*VacuumPermeability). Please verify this report. If it is a bug, I will report it to support at wolfram.com. $Version 5.2 for Microsoft Windows (June 20, 2005) Regards, -- Chris Chiasson http://chrischiasson.com/ 1 (810) 265-3161
