Hello,
given a list of coefficents I would like to create a Hankel matrix.

Let's say

1/Gamma(z)=sum c_k z^k

I am now interested in the coefficents c_4,...c_100 (numerical
approximations are fine)

I would like to generate the Hankel matrix

c_4 c_5

c_5

c_6

c_7

etc.

How do I have to proceed in Mathematica? It seems there is nothing to build
a Hankel matrix with.
Thanks a lot
Thomas
