Of course that is possible: you would have to look at the functions Import, Part, Transpose and maybe MultipleListPlot in the Standard-Package Graphics`MulitpleListPlot`. But if that's all you want to do with mathematica I would strongly recommend to save the time it takes to learn even the basics of mathematica and the money for a license and happily use gnuplot...
