Zhengji,

In order to make a cell totally invisible, we must use three options. Here goes an example:

invisibleCell = Cell["Invisible", "Input", 
CellElementSpacings -> {"ClosedCellHeight" -> 0.`},
      CellOpen -> False,
      ShowCellBracket -> False];

NotebookWrite[InputNotebook[], invisibleCell]
