Symbolic answers may be very tough, but NIntegrate returns a numeric answer immediately:

NIntegrate[1/((1 + x^2)^(3/2)*
     Sqrt[1 + (4*x^2)/
        (3*(1 + x^2)^2) +
       Sqrt[1 + (4*x^2)/
          (3*(1 + x^2)^2)]]),
   {x, 0, Infinity}]

0.6663771142687976
