7TH INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICA SYMPOSIUM 2005 The University of Western Australia Perth, Western Australia AUSTRALIA 5-8 August 2005 http://InternationalMathematicaSymposium.org/IMS2005 THE SYMPOSIUM The International Mathematica Symposium is an interdisciplinary conference for users of Mathematica in mathematics, natural and life sciences, social sciences and law, engineering, graphics and design, arts and music, education, industry, and commerce. If you use Mathematica in research or teaching, or if you have developed or are developing products based on Mathematica, then the Symposium is an opportunity to share your results with like-minded colleagues. IMS has also built up a deserved reputation as an exceptionally convivial and friendly gathering. CALL FOR ABSTRACTS The closing date for one page abstracts is 28 February 2005. Please submit abstracts by email to Paul Abbott <mailto:paul at physics.uwa.edu.au>. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee and successful authors will be notified by 15 March 2005. Details of the full paper format and submission procedure will be provided at this time. Full papers are required by 30 May 2005. All full papers will appear in the electronic proceedings. Selected papers will appear in the edited printed proceedings. Please note that this is a conference about Mathematica. It is expected that the abstract will explain the how Mathematica was used and why it was the best tool for the job.
