It sounds like you've forgotten to rebuild the help browser.
If you've put TimeSeries in a standard location, then you can simply rebuild
the help browser (Help->Rebuild ...).
If you haven't, then you'll have to put it somewhere standard (either
$AddOnsDirectory or $UserAddOnsDirectory) and rebuild.
