Hi,

a) there is no web frontend, you have to make your 
own web pages that
   use some functions form Mathematica
b) it is not intended, that webMathematica 
replaces you local
   Mathematica copy. webMathematica tasks have a 
time constrain
   to avoid a server overload and whe I remenber 
right, the usual
   webMathematica licensens include a part, that 
say: "Don't make a
   general frontend  for Mathematica with it."
