Hi Tun,

First interpolate functions to your data points (or fit functions).
Then solve the equation fun1[x]== fun2[x] for x. E.g.:

dat1 = Table[i + Random[], {i, 10}]; dat2 = Table[10 -
      i + Random[], {i, 10}];
f1 = Interpolation[dat1]; f2 = Interpolation[dat2];
FindRoot[f1[x] == f2[x], {x, 1}]
