Hi,

a) I don't think that 
InterpolatingFunctionAnatomy.m will help you
   because in a singel time step you will not get 
a full interpolation
   otherwise Mathematica would be able to solve 
dealy differential equations
b) *that* is *copyrighted material* ! and only the 
copyright holder
   can distribute it
