Yes, I get this behaviour in 5.1

Integrate[Sqrt[1 + Sqrt[u]]/(
      E^(a*u)*(2*Sqrt[2]*Sqrt[u])), {u, 0, 1}, Assumptions -> a > 0]

gives

(1/3)*(4 - Sqrt[2])
