Hi,

1 ist *not* the same True
and what is True + True ??
The operation is not defined in the
usual way. It is very common to write
+ for Or and * for And operations and it may
be, that you mean

x1 || x2 || x1 && x2|| x1|| x2 || True|| True

and it is clear, that this is True in any way.
Mathematica knows this and find the simplification.
