We know SW wrote the Mathematica Book. I am sure he could tell you how
he did it. I can picture him using his mad genius to create some kind
of hyper document editing interface. Either that, or he generates the
documentation with a one line Mathematica program. You know through
computational equivalence, 10000 monkeys and a typewriter = rule 110
and a good random seed. Perhaps this begins to explain the problems
with the documentation.
