Hi John
I made similar experiences with Wolfram's customer service.It is very 
sad to see that a top company like Wolfram used to be in the past is now 
moving more and more towards Microsoft's business model.

!!!!!!!!! Wolfram should take note if these complains.!!!!!!!!!!!!
