Thank you, Carl K.Woll! Your solution is the quickest! At least when the functions are good (as the Bessel functions surely are) and you can trust that FindRoot has found all zeros. But I'd would like to avoid FindRoot traps and to follow the function evolution (like Plot): I want to measure (in some way) the intervals where the function is not zero (or zero).
