If all you want to do is vent and have little concern whether a given issue is addressed in future versions, posting here is as good as anything else. But if you do want to have some expectation your particular issues are addressed they need to be reported to support at wolfram.com or <http://www.wolfram.com/support>. (See the Contact Information tab in the dialog that appears when selecting About Mathematica from the menu bar.)

Also, you will need to be more detailed then the comments I snipped. Those comments contained insufficient detail for anyone to reproduce the behaviour you are seeing.
