Not if you add the four missing quotes to it :)

"SDR19.TXT, AG18.TXT"  and "SDR20.TXT, BM13.TXT" should be:

"SDR19.TXT", "AG18.TXT"  and "SDR20.TXT", "BM13.TXT"

I think.
