You probably realize that 5==a,6==b, and 7==c isn't the only solution.
Also, depending on the values of x, y, and z, I am not sure if 5, 6,
and 7 are valid solutions.

eqn=5 x+6 y+7 z\[Equal]a x+b y+c z
FindInstance[eqn,{a,b,c,x,y,z},Reals,4]
Thread[CoefficientArrays[#,{x,y,z}][[2]]&/@eqn]
