This would be done in Mathematica as:

t0= Abs[xa-xb]/Sqrt[Ue (1/na+1/nb)]

with these values

In[18]:=Ue = (na - 1)*Ua + (nb - 1)*(Ub/na) + nb - 2
Out[18]=2349.9895029239765

and

In[23]:=t0=Abs[xa-xb]/Sqrt[Ue (1/na+1/nb)]
Out[23]=1.49918
