Thank you for your help.
I have worked on it for several days, this is really tough! the
following is the simplest form I can get. I try to integrate the
following equation to get an analytical solution:

Integrate[Sqrt[x/(y*(y-z*x))]*Exp[-(x/2+a^2)/a/2-(y+b^2)/b/2-(y-z*x+c^2)/c/2]*Cosh[Sqrt[x/2]]*Cosh[Sqrt[y]]*Cosh[Sqrt[y-z*x]],{x,0,+\[Infinity]},{y,0,+\[Infinity]}]

My computer is thinking thinking thinking, then................

the CPU fan ran faster!

I got to bed.........

"zzzzzzzzzz"

next morning.........

Mathematica is still thinking!

I have no idea about it at all. Thank you for you help.
