(i) Highlight the text cell you want to double the line spacing.

(ii)Then open the Options Inspector from the menu
Format->OptionsInspector

(iii) In the Options Inspector Pane go to Formatting Options->Text
Layout Options->Line Spacing

(iv) Underline Spacing go to Multiply and change from 1 to 2
