Have you considered simply selecting the cell with the code you don't want visible and unchecking the menu item Cell->Cell Properties->Cell Open? If you do this you will find the selected cell has become virtually invisible. Basically, it is collapsed leaving behind a small amount of whitespace. One advantage to this approach is all of your custom code needed to evaluate the notebook is contained in the notebook. This allows you to have a nice presentation for readers yet have a very simple means of updating code later. -- To reply via email subtract one hundred and four
