Hi Michael,

Mathematica standard package works only for 2D arrows.

To be able to draw 3D arrows, first download and install Harry Calkins' 
_MyGraphics`Arrow3D`_ [1]. Then, you could evaluate

In[10]:=
<< "Arrow3D`Arrow3D`"

In[11]:=
Show[Graphics3D[Table[Arrow3D[{0, 0, 0},
       {Sin[t], t, Cos[t]}], {t, 0, Pi/2, Pi/10}]]];

to get a bunch of vectors.
