you could assume that (s-1-Lambda/Mu)>0:

    Limit[\(1 - \[ExponentialE]\^\(\(-\[Mu]\)\ t\ \((s - 1 - \
\[Lambda]\/\[Mu])\)\)\)\/\(s - 1 - \[Lambda]\/\[Mu]\),
      t \[Rule] \[Infinity]]]\)

Out[1]= \!\(\(-\(\[Mu]\/\(\[Lambda] + \[Mu] - s\ \[Mu]\)\)\)\)
