Why not simply make a PDF of your notebook. In pdf form, all
gentlesouls at your university can read it using Adobe Reader or
equivalent. Of course one can also use MathematicaReader for your
notebook, but Adobe Reader is more widely used.

On a Max with OSX this is a trivial task, on other machines there are
pdf writers that you can use, such as pstopdf
