Nothing that I can see. When I copied and pasted the code from 
you email into a fresh Mathematica session, it executed fine 
with no problems. That leads me to conclude there is another issue.

Try doing this is a fresh session, i.e., the first thing after 
starting Mathematica. Does it work?

If not check $ContextPath to see if the context 
Statistics`StatisticsPlots` is present
