Some (constructive) comments:

1.  Need to get it working for just one case before going to 16:  just hard-code the first set of numbers for Le and Lh.

2.  When I try to plot the function for say R=100, Le=100 and Lh=82, Mathematica says the values aren't real.

3.  Ok, suppose we can get the function to be integrated into the real domain.  Now, suppose we can numerically integrate it for say R=25.  Alright then, me I'd just create a table of values for the integral from say R=10 to R=100 in the form of a list {{r1,i1},{r2,i2},...,{rn,in}}.  Then I'd use "Fit" to fit a curve to the data (I ain't proud).  There you go, a function of R.
