[Mathematica 6] Export to html problem: No lines between rows and columns drawn for table when exporting

Mathemtica 6.0.1

Insert->New Table-> Select Table Grid-> check add lines between rows, 
columns, draw frame.

Now export to HTML using Export[] command.

The html generated does NOT have lines drawn between the cells in the table. 
While the Save As PDF shows the lines OK.

Is there something I could do to fix this?
