Wrap the list of functions and the replacement rules within *Evaluate* 
as in the following example:

vals = t -> t^2; (* I make up something for vals *)
Plot[Evaluate[{t, 1 + t} /. vals], {t, 0, 10},
  PlotStyle -> {{Red, Dashed}, {Blue}}]

[... bi-color graph deleted ...]
