make InputForm output cells have the same multi-click expression selection behavior as InputForm input

This would help in instances of trying to select graphics expressions
or interpolating function objects or other forms that are not
sufficient for "re-input" when rendered as StandardForm and then
copy+pasted.

As it is now, InputForm output cells behave as if they are part of a
plain text file editor.
