Two Pi,

LaTeX is a superset of TeX macros. You will find relevant information
under the keyword TeX. The following documents should help:

[1] "The Mathematica Book Online / A Practical Introduction to
Mathematica / Files and External Operations / 1.11.6 Generating and
Importing TeX"

http://documents.wolfram.com/mathematica/book/section-1.11.6

[2] "Built-in Functions / Input and Output / Format Types / TeXForm"

http://documents.wolfram.com/mathematica/functions/TeXForm

[3] "Front End / Menu Commands / File Menu / Save As Special... / TeX"

http://documents.wolfram.com/mathematica/FrontEnd/MenuCommands/FileMenu/SaveAsSpecial/SaveAsSpecialTeX.html

[4] "Built-in Functions / Graphics and Sound / Import and Export / Export"

http://documents.wolfram.com/mathematica/functions/Export/

Regards,
Jean-Marc
