It would help to give an example. Moreover, some details on what you are 
trying to do would be good. Why do you want a quick result, does the 
integrand have a special form, what are you doing with the integrated 
results, etc. Knowing some of these details will be helpful in giving 
you the most useful response.

For example, if the integrand has a particular form with only 1 varying 
parameter, then an approach using NDSolve can be very effective.
