Another Question on Style Sheets

Suppose that one has designed a new style sheet, gotten it installed into
the menu, and everything works.

Suppose the style sheet name is StyleA.nb.

Suppose that one has a notebook done in StyleA. How would one embed the
style into the notebook so it could be sent to another person without
sending them the style sheet? There seems to be no obvious method for doing
that.
