Hello Chris,
	Well it is not importing known equations into Mathematica. It is to start
from scratch! I realize that a lot more information is needed to specify the
problem. My question was more general. If someone wrote some equations for
some 3D rigid body dynamics, I would like to look at the notebook for a
start.
	I look at it as a building blocks problem: start easy and small and then
build it more complex. Then refine the equations and so on.

Is this question about importing some known set of equations into Mathematica 
or about determining the appropriate equations? If it is the latter,
much more information is required (such as the geometry, all necessary
constitutive relations for material and fluid properties, equations to
simulate flows near all the surfaces, etc)
