TSP code

I found a notebook for TSP (traveling salesman problem) in the Wolfram 
Library Archive that was written
by Kazume Nishidate (Revision date 1994-12-10); but, unfortunately the 
module TSP2d does not execute
(errors from Transpose function) when trying to run it with Mathematica 5.2

I would appreciate help on getting this code to execute.
