Problem with CityData.m

I am trying to use the file

  CityData.m

which is supplied with Mathematica (5.2) and
there seems to be a problem with it. That is, if
I give the following commands

   <<Miscellaneous`CityData`
   km=CityDistance["Mogadisho","Mogadisho"]

This returns a value of

 

Of course, this should be exactly 0. There can happen for
other cities also.

Is there an easy fix for this?
