R == Solve[2 + R*Cc + R*Bc == Ac*R, R][[1,1,-1]]
R == -(2/(-Ac + Bc + Cc))

or

Reduce[2 + R*Cc + R*Bc == Ac*R, R][[-1]]
R == 2/(Ac - Bc - Cc)
