Wolfram Research 2+12 degree-of-freedom gamepad?

Mathematica 6.0 allows input via a gamepad/controller, and the 6.0 docs 
mention the "Wolfram Research 2+12 degree-of-freedom gamepad."

Does anybody have information about that gamepad?
