Histogram in v6

Hi,

I noticed a change in the Histogram plotting function in v6.0. In
v5.2,

Histogram[{1}]

correctly plots a single data bar while in v6.0 an error message
appears: "Tick specification must be a list or a function". Is this an
intended feature or a bug of math6?
