In
http://support.wolfram.com/mathematica/interface/notebooks/notebooklinkerrorie.html

there is a procedure which states will solve the problem of Error
code=-43.

I tried it but the (second) message still appears there.
Moreover I can't find what to do for the first message.
The situation is very difficult.

The messages appear when I try to save/open a notebook to/from hard disk.
On the contrary when I use a usb the notebook is saved and opens
without any messages!
