FindRoot[Gamma[5 + q] - 40 == 0, {q, 0}, WorkingPrecision -> 20]
{q -> 0.33129242449971346584}
FindRoot[(4 + q)! - 40 == 0, {q, 0}, WorkingPrecision -> 20]
